1. We do not have a listing on our site unless we have a sellers contract in a Prestige Realty  office. Some people put up hundreds of properties on a web site without ever meeting the owner, who is not aware of what they are doing.
2. I was trained and licensed in Canada as a Professional. The process was very thorough.  Many people in real estate sales here in the Dominican, even in well known name brand offices, have no training at all.
3. These site owners do not know the owners of the properties they list you so they can never really negotiate with them.
